Expressing her concerns about aging and the impact of scoliosis on her daily life, Catriona reflected, "I'm getting older, magthi-thirty na ako, sorry older in my context. I'm starting to really feel the effects of scoliosis in my everyday life."
To manage her condition, Catriona has turned to Pilates, prioritizing her health and well-being. "I'm just prioritizing my health, doing Pilates halos everyday because it just makes me feel better," she revealed.
