Jaclyn won the Best Actress award for the film “Ma'Rosa” at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. She was also known for her roles in the films "Private Show", "White Slavery", and "Santa Juana". Jaclyn was the mother of another famous actress, Andi Eigenmann.
Andi is currently grieving over Jaclyn Jose’s sudden death. The veteran actress passed away on March 2 at the age of 60 due to a heart attack. A couple of days after her mother’s demise, Andi shared a meaningful post on Instagram Stories. Her post contains a poem about feeling the presence of a loved one through the sun, rain, and wind.
Sid Lucero, Andi's half-brother, is also grieving over Jaclyn Jose’s sudden passing. He took to social media and expressed love for the late Cannes-winning actress.
