Gretchen Barretto, a Filipina actress-socialite, recently celebrated her 54th birthday with some of her closest friends at a restaurant.

On Thursday, March 7, Dr. Aivee Teo, one of La Greta's closest friends, took to her Instagram page, @draivee, to upload some photos.

The said photos were taken at the Canton Road at Shangri-La The Fort, where Gretchen's simple birthday celebration took place.

Clad in a white top and a dark-denim bottom, Gretchen looked classy and beautiful as she posed for the camera with Dr. Aivee.

In her Instagram post, Dr. Aivee reminisced on her friendship with Gretchen, recalling how she became her derma 17 years ago.

"A birthday lunch filled with love, fun, and laughter for our one and only Gretch! I started off as her derma 17 years ago, which led into a beautiful friendship turned into family! Every year as we celebrate her birthday, we always reminisce at the crazy memories we shared with so much fondness, as we look forward to more milestones together! Happy Birthday dear Gretch! All the love on your special day from all of us," she wrote.

Gretchen Barretto is a well-known actress in the Philippines and the sister of actors Claudine and Marjorie Barretto. She has been in a relationship with business tycoon Tonyboy Cojuangco for 27 years, but the latter is still legally married to Denise Yabut, his first wife.
