Jeric Gonzales has recently taken to social media to post an earnest message of gratitude to Jaclyn Jose.

The Cannes-winning actress is currently making headlines due to news about her untimely demise. She passed away on Saturday, March 2 at the age of 60 due to a heart attack.

On his Instagram page, the Kapuso star shared a carousel of photos where he and Jaclyn could be spotted.

Along with the snapshots, Jeric penned a short but heartfelt message to the late renowned actress.

“Salamat sa pag gabay, Tita Jane,” he wrote.

Furthermore, the actor expressed love for the veteran actress.

Mary Jane Santa Ana Guck, also known by her stage name Jaclyn Jose, was a Filipino cinema and TV actress who had earned international critical acclaim. Jaclyn won the Best Actress award for the film “Ma'Rosa” at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. She was also known for her roles in the films "Private Show", "White Slavery", and "Santa Juana". Jaclyn was the mother of another famous actress, Andi Eigenmann.

Andi is currently grieving over Jaclyn’s sudden demise. The veteran actress passed away on March 2 at the age of 60. A couple of days after her mother’s demise, Andi shared a meaningful post on Instagram Stories. Her post contains a poem about feeling the presence of a loved one through the sun, rain, and wind.
