TAPE Inc., naglabas ng statement ukol sa ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya’: “Our sincerest ‘Thank you!’”

- TAPE Inc. has finally issued a statement on its noontime show on GMA titled “Tahanang Pinakamasaya”

- The production company informed their viewers that the program will no longer be aired starting March 8

- It said that both TAPE Inc. and the Kapuso network “have reached a mutual agreement to finally call off the show”

- The statement likewise expressed gratitude to GMA, the viewers, hosts, advertisers, crew, and employees

Television and Production Exponents (TAPE) Inc. released a statement on Thursday regarding its show on GMA titled “Tahanang Pinakamasaya.”

TAPE Inc. officially announced that the noontime program will no longer be aired starting tomorrow, March 8.

“It is with a heavy heart that we inform our televiewers that our noontime show ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya’ on Kapuso network, GMA-7, will no longer be on air effective March 8, 2024.”

It likewise thanked the Kapuso network and underscored that the two parties have mutually decided to end the show’s run on air.

“TAPE, Inc. extends its profound gratitude to its home network, GMA-7, for a long and fruitful partnership. GMA 7’s kind consideration and understanding of the company’s unwanted circumstances have been instrumental in helping the company in this transition. Despite our best efforts to save the show, both parties have reached a mutual agreement to finally call off the show.”

The production company also penned a message of gratitude to the viewers, hosts, advertisers, crew, and employees.

“To the loyal viewers, esteemed hosts, supportive advertisers, hardworking crew and dedicated employees who have been with us from the beginning - from the longest-running noontime show ‘Eat Bulaga’ to the present ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya’ - our sincerest ‘Thank you!’ and optimistic ‘See you again!’”

Television and Production Exponents Inc., also known as TAPE Inc., is television production company in the Philippines established on July 7, 1981. It is known as the former producer of the longest-running noontime variety show "Eat Bulaga."

Earlier, "Tahanang Pinakamasaya" host Chariz Solomon recently shared a heartfelt post about the noontime show. On her Instagram page, Chariz shared a carousel of photos showing the program’s hosts and the people behind the camera. In the comments section of her post, it is noticeable that the Kapuso star replied to a netizen who asked whether it’s true that the show aired its last episode last Saturday.

Chariz's post also received an unsolicited remark from a basher. “Tahanang pinasara,” the basher’s comment reads. Chariz later wrote a calm reply to the noontime show’s detractor.
