When asked by Nelson if he believes in second chances, Tom responded affirmatively, indicating a positive outlook on life's opportunities for redemption and renewal.

Tom further disclosed that he is now dating someone, marking a new chapter in his personal life, which has been a hot topic online due to his split with former wife Carla Abellena.

“Yeah, I am now. In fact, I am seeing someone.”

Reflecting on his journey, he shared, "Once I was ready, it came at the right time. At that point, I thought it would never happen again."

Despite his willingness to share his journey, Tom expressed his desire to keep the identity of his new romantic partner private for now.

He stated, "Magdadamot ako ata. Like what I said, I really want to keep it to myself. But like I said, I'll live my life like how it is. So, eventually siguro everyone would—what they see is what they get. But for now, it's my own now."

Carla Abellana is an actress and endorser who works for GMA. She used to be married to fellow Kapuso star Tom Rodriguez. Before entering showbiz, she graduated with honors from De La Salle University with a degree in psychology.
