Ogie Diaz, in a recent post on his Instagram page, shared what he claimed were the life principles of the late billionaire businessman, Henry Sy.

The said billionaire and his family is the owner of the SM group of companies that include SM Savemore, SM Supermalls, SM Hypermarket, as well as SMDC, SM Land, BDO, and many other huge businesses.

In Mama Ogs’ post on the life principles of the billionaire Mr. Sy, one can see 14 things that the business magnate supposedly followed.

These are striving to be the leader in one’s chosen field, becoming a person of integrity, having a long-term vision and strategy, concentrating and prioritizing, having a great passion to achieve, and working hard.

Other life principles that Ogie claimed were Mr. Sy’s include becoming patient and persevering, recognizing opportunity, being optimistic, being confident, being disciplined, building one’s organization, making it one’s vision to provide employment, and that social responsibility is important.

Mama Ogs did not say why he posted the alleged life principles of Mr. Sy or whether he is emulating all or some of them.

Ogie Diaz is an actor, comedian, entertainment reporter, and talent manager. He was known as “Pekto” in the popular TV sitcom, “Palibhasa Lalaki.” He is also behind the YouTube channel “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update.” He became a successful talent manager and once handled the careers of Vice Ganda and Liza Soberano.

Previously, Mama Ogs took to the social media platform 'X' and responded to a netizen who accused the manager of being a "chismoza" again. The netizen was saying that now that Liza is no longer under Ogie, the latter returned to being a "chismoza." He even added that Ogie is now a competitor of Cristy Fermin. In just one strike, Ogie hit back and told the netizen that he simply lacked sleep.

In another 'X' post, the showbiz reporter and talent manager gave a reminder to everyone, including celebrities, with regards to their pronouncements. The manager and comedian said "less talk, less mistake." He also added that with no talk, there would also be no additional mistakes. Ogie then said that it is not only those in the media who must have credibility, but also including celebrities.
