Carla Abellana, a famous Kapuso actress, stirred social media buzz after reacting to an online post announcing her supposed untimely 'passing.'

On Monday, February 19, Carla took to her Instagram page, @carlaangeline, to share a screenshot of what seemed to be a Facebook post.

The said post talked about the actress's 'passing away' at the age of 36, which Carla found to be funny, based on her caption online.

In the caption of her now-viral online post, Carla left a laughing-crying emoji with the words "aray ko po" written in her reposted online post.

As seen in the screenshot that Carla had provided, someone from Instagram also reacted to the Facebook post and debunked the news.

"Hoax ito at kailangan niya ng makasuhan... dami nang ginawan ng fake news nitong taong 'to," according to the Instagram user.

Carla Abellana is an actress and endorser who works for GMA. She used to be married to fellow Kapuso star Tom Rodriguez. Before entering showbiz, she graduated with honors from De La Salle University with a degree in psychology.
