She mentioned that it was only a light workout just so she could move her body, which has gotten sore from strength training the day before.

Ellen then said that she has not yet given up in her quest to achieve a Miley Cyrus body.

"Very light lang today...magalaw lang ang very sore body from yesterday's strength training sesh... wapa gihapon ko mu give up sa akong Miley Cyrus goal guys."

Ellen Adarna is a Filipina actress known for her beauty and jolly personality.
