On X, formerly Twitter, Darren penned a cryptic post about people jumping to conclusions

“2024 na, mga nagmamarunong pa rin. Alamin na muna yung buong kwento kasi,” the singer-actor’s post reads.

Later, Cassy took to Instagram Stories to share Darren’s captivating tweet. In her post, the Kapuso actress likewise called Darren her “bestie.”

“No Twitter but... *retweet* wooo go bestie @darrenespanto,” the daughter of Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi wrote.

Meanwhile, Darren reposted Cassy’s IG story and lectured those who made stories about the two of them.

“Sa mga gumagawa ng kwento sa'min, magbagong buhay na kayo,” he expressed.

Darren Espanto, born on May 24, 2001 as Darren Lyndon Gonzales Espanto, is a Filipino-Canadian singer and actor well-known for his cover songs such as "Dying Inside To Hold You", originally sung by Timmy Thomas. He first joined a competition at the age of ten, where he won the Masters Finals of the Pinoy Singing Sensation competition in Edmonton.
