Mela Habijan, the Miss Trans Global 2020, took to Twitter and wrote an open letter to Ellen Adarna after the latter's statement concerning non-binary gender pronouns today.
Ellen was answering questions from netizens, and one netizen asked what she thinks of "situationshp."
The actress answered that it was confusing as the non-binary gender pronouns.
"It's as confusing as the non-binary gender pronouns that is out right now. So confusing. Ang sakit sa bangs."

Mela then reposted the screenshot of Ellen and tweeted:

Dear Ellen (and to those who currently think like her),
I welcome your thoughts.
And while it is confusing, a true compassionate and respectful person will try to learn and understand."

Ellen Adarna is a Filipina actress known for her beauty and jolly personality. After being a Kapamilya before her hiatus, she returned to the small screen with her previous show with John Estrada, John en Ellen. She has a son with John Lloyd named Elias Modesto. Ellen is now married to Derek Ramsay, with whom she tied the knot back on November 11, 2021.

Apparently, several transactions were trying to be pushed through by an unknown individual using Ellen's account.
Meanwhile, Ellen Adarna, in a series of video posts, received a question from a netizen online. The said question was about catching her husband fooling around. This prompted Ellen to give a word of advice to the netizen in her viral Q&A session. Ellen even said, "Hindi uubra sakin yung mga ganyan, mas lalo na 'to."
