Lee O'Brian, the ex-partner of Pokwang, and the father of her child, Malia, was ordered by the Bureau of Immigration to be deported.

An Inquirer report stated that the grounds for deportation was violation of his work visa.

It was Pokwang who filed the complaint in June, and as per GMA, she now has officially won over her ex.

She said in her complaint that Lee kept renewing his tourist visa, however, his real purpose in the country is to work.

The lawyer of Pokwang, Atty. Ralph Calinisan welcomed the development on the case and thanked BI for siding with them.

“We have been consistent that Lee O’Brian must be made accountable, as his repeated renewal of his tourist visa constitutes fraud and willful misrepresentation of facts, while his work engagements are violations of limitations under which he was admitted as a non-immigrant,” he said.

Pokwang’s former partner Lee O’Brian recently bonded with Malia. Lee took to social media and shared snaps from their quality time together. In the caption, Lee also reiterated his love for his beautiful daughter. His followers then flocked to the comments section and expressed delight over the photos.

Earlier, Pokwang took to IG Stories and shared that the construction of her new home is already finished. She shared a photo of the beautiful house that she has built. It is a two-storey home that anyone can be proud of. The comedienne then added a very nice caption, which signaled a new beginning for her and her family.
