John Estrada, in a recent post on his Instagram account, admitted he was crestfallen when he learned his beloved friend, Ronaldo Valdez, had died.

The younger actor revealed he idolized the veteran and multi-awarded actor, not only when it comes to drama scenes but also in comedy roles.

“Nakaka durog ng puso ang mawalan ng isang mahal na kaibigan ,” John wrote in his post.
“SOBRANG IDOL ko tong taong to, d lang sa drama kundi sa komedya din, marami na kameng projects na ginawang magkasama,” he added.

The actor said he would definitely miss their friendly banter, waves of laughter, and drinking sessions, as well as serious talks about life.

“Ma mimiss ko ang lokohan, tawanan, inuman, at seryosong usapan tungkol sa buhay natin tito ron ,” the younger actor wrote.
“Lalo ng kung mag usap tayo e nag chachavacano tayong dalawa ,” he said.

Near the end of his post, John expressed his love for his beloved friend and then bid him goodbye.

“Maraming maraming salamat sa pagkakaibigan tito ron . Mahal na Mahal kita ❤️ at sobra kitang mamimiss,” he wrote.

John Estrada is a Pinoy TV and film actor who portrayed various roles in several flicks as a comedian, villain, and leading man. He was born on June 13, 1973 to Vicente Estrada and Lilia Estrada in Quezon City. He is married to former beauty queen Priscilla Meirelles and they have a daughter named Samantha. John also has four children from his previous marriage to Janice De Belen — Inah (b. 1992), Moira (b. 1993), Kaila (b. 1996), and Yuan (b. 1998).

Previously, John got worried when his daughter, Kaila Estrada, went trending on social media. In an interview with Ogie Diaz, the "Linlang" actress was asked about personal and work-related questions. She then revealed that her father, John, even got scared at the time that she trended on social media. Kaila then told her dad that it was for "Linlang," and the latter admitted that he had not yet watched her teleserye, but promised to watch it.
