In the same post, the Philippines’ bet to the prestigious Miss Universe pageant confirmed she is indeed back home in the country.

She also expressed gratitude to supporters for making her feel like a winner sans the crown.

“Feels good to be back home. with or without the crown, all of you made me feel like I was a winner,” Michelle said in her post.

The beauty queen also admitted that she was overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from Filipinos, adding that the path she took wasn’t easy.

“Last night was so overwhelming! All I could feel was so much love and support from all of you,” the beauty queen said.
“It was definitely not an easy road to get to this point but everything was well worth it!” she added.

Michelle then indicated it’s only the beginning of her journey and that she bring along her supporters in her next endeavor.

She once again expressed her gratitude and said that her heart is full because of the overwhelming support.

“Madami pa tayo pagdadaanan and I can’t wait to bring you along the ride with me. mahal na mahal ko kayo #FILIPINAS,” the beauty queen said.
“Maraming Salamat. sobrang nakakataba ng puso I can’t wait to see you all soon at the parade!” Michelle concluded.

Michelle Marquez Dee is a beauty queen who rose to fame after winning the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 pageant. She represented the Philippines at the 72nd Miss Universe pageant in El Salvador. Michelle’s mother is actress and former beauty queen Melanie Marquez.

Recently, Michelle's close friend, actress Rhian Ramos, took to Twitter and gave her heartfelt thanks to all of Michelle Dee's supporters. The Kapuso actress said that it was simply so heartwarming to see MMD's supporters at the airport. She noted how they braved the rain and the traffic to give MMD the kind of queen's welcome that she deserves. Rhian is one of the best friends of Michelle, and also among her staunch defenders.

The Filipina beauty queen won the Best National Costume award in the Miss Universe 2023.
