The video, which surfaced on the social media platform “X,” immediately caught the attention of netizens, who then posted their personal opinions and interpretations as to what could have transpired.

In the said video, one can see Michelle with a group of around six Miss Universe candidates, Ms Jakrajutatip, and an unidentified male beside her.

The group appeared to pose for a photo, though the video did not show any cameraman.

Then, another woman, who might be a staff of the Ms Universe organization, approached Jakrajutatip and the male person beside her and then started to whisper something to them.

Shortly thereafter, the same woman approached Michelle and, along with another unidentified woman, ushered the Philippines’ bet out of the group.

The video became a subject of speculation among many netizens, despite the earlier clarification of Michelle in a tweet that she wasn’t feeling well, which is why she left the group.

Meanwhile, a video of Michelle sharing a sweet moment with newly-crowned Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios also went viral. The video zoomed in on the post-coronation moment on the Miss U stage. She hugged Sheynnis warmly and exchanged some words, then ended it with a high-five. Michelle also took the time to thank all those who supported her Miss U journey.
