The beauty queen's heart was full of gratitude and emphasized love and kindness. She also reiterated how much she loves her supporters. Lastly, she thanked everyone who raised the flag of the Philippines with her. Michelle made it to the Top 10 in the Miss Universe 2023 pageant, but failed to make the cut for the Top 5.
Winwyn Marquez, in a social media post, shared a heartfelt message for her first cousin Michelle where she also said that for her, “ikaw pa din Miss Universe namin.” In the beginning of her post, Winwyn congratulated Michelle for her “incredible achievement” in representing the country. She also said that Michelle made every Pinoy, especially the Marquez family, “tremendously proud” with her poise, grace, and confidence” on stage.
