At the Opulence Ball 2023, the actress came as Queen Cleopatra, adorned in a golden costume.

In photos shared by Nice Print Photo, her shoulders were draped with what looked like golden wings, all perfectly complementing her headdress and her overall elegant and queenly look.

Previously, Ruffa has taken to IG Stories to post a photo of Cesar Montano and Sunshine Cruz.

Both were smiling and at ease with each other in the photo.

Ruffa then included a caption that may resonate well to a lot of "ex-lovers."

"Ex-lovers who are now okay," Ruffa said and added a praying hands emoji.

Ruffa Rama Gutierrez, more popularly known as Ruffa Gutierrez, is a beauty queen, actress, and model from the Philippines. She is the daughter of celebrities Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama. She was the second runner-up in Miss World 1993 pageant. She has two children, Lorin Gabriella, and Venezia Loran, with her former husband, Yilmaz Bektas.
