Jennica Garcia, one of the hosts of "It's Your Lucky Day," gave a message to all those who end up being alone, because their partners or loved ones left them, ABS-CBN reported.

The actress said that when someone is already used to waking up with somebody beside him or her, the feeling is different when one wakes up and realizes he or she is alone.

However, Jen said that one must not worry because such is only a season.

"Iba ang pakiramdam kapag nasanay ka sa buhay mo na may kasama, then all of a sudden, magigising ka, 'Ako na lang pala.' Sa mga biglang naiwan o nagulat na nagising na mag-isa, huwag kayong mag-alala - season lang 'yan. Darating ang panahon na sasabihin niya, 'Ay, kaya ko naman pala.'"

Born on December 26, 1989, Jennica Garcia is a Filipina actress, the daughter of veteran actress Jean Garcia. She is married to her co-actor, Alwyn Uytingco, with whom she has two children.
