Maxene Magalona, in one of her recent online posts on social media, shared an empowering quote about 'true strength' which inspired her followers.

On Thursday, October 26, the actress took to her Instagram page, @maxenemagalona, to upload a photo that was taken from her recent yoga session.

According to Maxene, she had recently attended the opening of a new yoga studio in BGC, which was Vida Yoga.

Following this news, Maxene uploaded a photo of herself, taken from one of the yoga classes, where she could be seen following the steps.

However, what netizens took notice of was the quote that Maxene had included in her post, which was about the topic of 'true strength.'

"Anyone can give up; it is the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone would expect you to fall apart, now that is true strength," the quote stated.

Maxene Magalona is an actress and social media star in the Philippines. Her father is the late rap legend Francis Magalona. The actress revealed in May 2020 that she has been seeing a psychiatrist due to her mental illness. She used to be married to Rob Manquil but they have already broken up and have gone separate ways. However, it is not yet known as of this writing if they have new partners already.

Max has been living a peaceful and truly happy life, as one can see in her posts. She also recently attended the Star Magic Ball 2023.
