Carlo Aquino has reportedly opted to take the legal course to ensure that he gets to see his daughter, Enola Mithi.

According to Philstar, a reporter from DZRH reportedly sent a photo of Carlo Aquino, which was taken at the Quezon City Regional Trial Court.

The reporter who sent the photo, reportedly asked showbiz reporter, Gorgy Rula, if the child that Carlo was carrying was his daughter.

According to Gorgy, he confirmed that the child was indeed Mithi, the daughter of the actor with Trina Candaza.

Gorgy also mentioned in his column in Philstar that he tried to have a friend ascertain why the actor was there and that the said friend allegedly found out that Carlo filed a case against Trina to secure visitation rights.

In Push's report, Carlo was noticeably absent at the 3rd birthday celebration of Mithi.

As per Cosmo, PH laws often favor the mother when it comes to child custody matters especially if the child is below seven years old.
