Kris Bernal, in her most recent post on Instagram Stories, once again proudly showcased several bags containing breastmilk that she was able to express and store.

It can be recalled that the actress also recently shared on socmed the amount of breastmilk she was able to express in only 10 minutes.

In that particular post, she expressed her gratitude that she would be able to feed her newborn baby with natural breastmilk.

Calling it her “milk stash,” the actress shared a video showing her opening what appeared to be a refrigerated drawer containing stacks of bags containing her breastmilk.

Each of the bags were also neatly labeled as to the date and time the milk was expressed.

Kris recently gave birth to a healthy baby girl whom she and her husband, Perry Choi, named Hailee Lucca Bernal Choi.

Kris Bernal is a Filipina actress who rose to prominence after winning in the fourth season of the reality-based talent search "StarStruck" on GMA Network. She is married to businessman Perry Choi, and she had one of the grandest weddings among celebrities the year she got married.

In another recent post on Instagram Stories, Kris revealed what, for her, is the most difficult stage of being a new mother. In her post, she enumerated the different stages she’s been through so far. It can be recalled that the actress admitted in past posts that her pregnancy was difficult. She recently gave birth through CS procedure to a healthy baby girl whom they named Hailee Lucca Bernal Choi.

She had also previously shown off the amount of breastmilk she was able to collect in just 10 minutes. In her post, one can see Kris holding up two feeding bottles, each with approximately 25% of its capacity filled with breastmilk. In her caption, Kris expressed her gratitude for being able to nurture her baby through breastfeeding.
