Maggie Wilson, the estranged wife of real estate mogul Victor Consunji, shared a photo of a Department of Justice (DOJ) document on Instagram Stories showing the junking of the Motion for Reconsideration (MR) filed by her and Tim Connor in relation to the Adultery complaint filed by her estranged husband.

It can be recalled that Victor filed the complaint with the DOJ claiming that his estranged wife allegedly committed adultery with common friend, Tim Connor.

It wasn’t clear whether the DOJ has already found probable cause in the adultery complaint filed by Victor, and whether there is already a resolution by the prosecutor in charge to file the case in court, hence the MR.

In the document that Maggie recently shared online, it stated that the arguments of the beauty queen and Tim Connor are “best ventilated in a full-blown trial.”

“For clarity, Tim Connor and I applied for a motion for reconsideration,” Maggie wrote in a succeeding post.

She also quoted the statement of the DOJ stating the reason for the junking of the MR.

“The respondents-appellants (Tim Connor and I) failed to present any new evidence that had material and probative value,” the post read.

“Our motion was denied by the Department of Justice,” Maggie wrote.

Maggie Wilson is a TV Actress, beauty queen, model and entrepreneur. She was nominated as Miss Pilipinas-World and represented the country in the 57th Miss World Pageant. She also acted as Litgarda in the series Darna. Several months ago, she parted ways with her husband, real estate titan Victor B. Consunji.

Last August 31, Thursday, Maggie reactivated her Instagram page. After reactivating her account, Maggie shared a snippet of a heartbreaking convo she had with her son, Connor. In the recording, Connor could be heard saying he wishes to see his mother soon. The former beauty queen then posted about 'parental abduction' on social media.

In another recent post on IG Stories, the beauty queen uploaded a series of posts and screenshots concerning her case with her estranged husband. One of the things she said was that he already impregnated "her" when he filed the case of adultery. She also said that to her disdain, she is still married and carries Victor's last name. The model also alleged that the baby of her husband was born in Singapore.
