Maine Mendoza posts never-before-seen pics with bridesmaids: “my sisters”

Maine Mendoza once again treated her social media followers to never-before-seen photos from her and Arjo Atayde's big day.

A month after she tied the knot with Arjo, the "E.A.T." host shared beautiful pics of her with her bridesmaids.

The lovely photos were captured by none other than Jaja Samaniego of Pearl Studio.

Maja Salvador, Kristine Hermosa, Sheena Halili, Ciara Sotto, and MJ Lastimosa were included in the list of bridesmaids.

"My sisters," the actress and TV host wrote in the caption.

It can be recalled that Maine and the Quezon City first district congressman exchanged "I dos" in Baguio last July 28, a date that holds a special significance for the couple.

Maine rose to prominence after her Dubsmash videos went viral, which helped her land a role as Yaya Dub in the country’s longest-running noontime show, "Eat Bulaga." She eventually landed roles in various movies and TV series, with one of them helping her win Best Supporting Actress during the 41st Metro Manila Film Festival. The actress is now married to actor-politician Arjo Atayde.

Maine and Arjo were among the attendees of the 76th Locarno Film Festival. The actress and TV host took to social media and shared photos and clips from the prestigious event. One of the clips showed the married couple looking delighted when they were at the venue. It can be recalled that they flew to Switzerland to attend the premiere of the actor-politician’s film “Topakk” at the said film festival.

Maine made a triumphant return to TV5’s ‘E.A.T.’ She had a short break from the show due to her wedding with Arjo and their honeymoon abroad. The Kapuso star received a warm welcome from Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey De Leon. Allan K, Ryza Mae Dizon, and Paolo Ballesteros also joined in extending their heartfelt welcome to Maine.
