Pura Luka Vega has been declared as "persona non grata" in various provinces in the Philippines, but that did not stop him from performing his art.
Recently, he once more performed for his audience at an undisclosed location, and this time around, the performance was titled "Persona Non Grata Tour."
In one of the performances, the video of which was shared by @femcelgender, the drag queen was lip-syncing to Taylor Swift's "Look What You Made Me Do."

Another post also revealed something that Pura allegedly said.
“Ito lang masasabi ko — simplehan lang natin ha — lahat tayo makasalanan. Hindi tayo perpekto. Gayunpaman, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Okay? Do not do to others what you do not want others to do unto you. Golden rule lang po ‘yun,”
Drag artists, like drag queen Pura Luka Vega, would usually wear clothing and makeup to imitate present or historical personalities to the point of exaggeration for entertainment. Drag queens would also often perform pre-planned acts with audience interaction.
Recently, the controversial drag queen took to Twitter and expressed his dismay over the sanctions imposed upon him. The drag queen was declared as a persona non grata by Manila and Bulacan. He said that he was being judged without people knowing him. Pura also encouraged everyone to tell him exactly what he did wrong saying that the intent of his performance was not even understood.
Previously in another post on the microblogging platform, Pura Luka Vega broke his silence amid the widespread bashings he has received after the video of his controversial performance at a party surfaced online. It can be recalled that the drag queen was seen in the video seemingly dressed to look like Jesus Christ. The rest of the partygoers were also seen jumping and dancing while singing to what sounded like a remixed version of a well-known church hymn. In his socmed post after the controversy broke out, Pura Luka Vega indicated it was not his intention to offend anyone.
