Yasmine Espiritu-Vargas, the wife of Quezon City 5th District Councilor Alfred Vargas, took to social media to share some important updates on her difficult fourth pregnancy.

At 16 weeks of pregnancy, Yasmine shared that she still has not yet gained any weight and has been on bed rest for 10 weeks already.

She also still feels nauseous all day long and has been experiencing stomach pain, heart palpitations, indigestion, and anxiety.

On the positive side, she finally felt her baby’s kick and the ultrasound showed that the baby is active in her womb.

Yasmine also uploaded a photo of her tummy and a clip of her ultrasound.

Alfred Vargas is married to Yasmine Espiritu, who became known for her stunning beauty and for resembling famous actress Marian Rivera. They have three children – Alexandra Milan Vargas, Aryana Cassandra Vargas, and Alfredo Cristiano Vargas IV. Yasmine is currently pregnant with her fourth child with Alfred.

In a previous report, Alfred Vargas asked for prayers for his wife’s fourth pregnancy. This current pregnancy has been an extremely difficult one for Yasmine. Yasmine has been suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, causing severe nausea and vomiting all day long. She was also diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) as she experiences relentless anxiety and panic attacks.

Earlier, Alfred Vargas unlocked a new milestone. He has finally finished his master’s degree in public administration from the University of the Philippines. He proudly shared the good news on his social media page alongside his graduation photo. The actor-politician also penned a lengthy caption where he thanked those who helped him achieve this milestone.
