Maine Mendoza was recently treated to a heartwarming bridal shower in the latest episode of “E.A.T.”

Following the special event, Maine took to social media and shared a heartfelt post.

The actress and TV host posted lovely photos from the bridal shower on her Instagram page.

“EAT’s a bridal shower!!!” she wrote in the caption.

The bride-to-be also expressed delight over the support and love she has been receiving.

“Napaka saya ng puso ko. I am so blessed and I am truly grateful. Maraming salamat sa lahat, Lord. Maraming salamat sa pagtanggap at sa pagmamahal, dabarkads. Mula noon hanggang ngayon. 14344!”

Nicomaine Dei Capili Mendoza, more popularly known as Maine Mendoza, is a Pinay actress, model, and TV host. Maine rose to prominence after her Dubsmash videos went viral, which helped her land a role as Yaya Dub in the country’s longest-running noontime show, "Eat Bulaga." She eventually landed roles in various movies and TV series, with one of them helping her win Best Supporting Actress during the 41st Metro Manila Film Festival. The actress is now engaged to actor-politician Arjo Atayde.

Maine, during her bridal shower on “E.A.T.,” was serenaded by Joey Generoso, Carren Eistrup and Ice Seguerra during the show’s opening segment. At the latter part of the show, Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Paolo Ballesteros, host Zombie and Wally Bayola also performed before Maine — who was wearing a sash with the words “Bride to be.” Maine and her co-hosts also became emotional while she was expressing gratitude to her E.A.T. family and all the Dabarkads.

Maine marked her show business anniversary last July 4. She entered showbiz eight years ago, when “Eat Bulaga” introduced her as Yaya Dub in the “Juan for All, All for Juan” segment. On social media, Maine shared a heartwarming post about the special event in her career. The actress and TV host expressed that there are “so many things to be grateful for.”
