Kris Aquino’s announcement that she has broken up with Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste prompted a lot of people to comment on social media about the news.

In the comments section on Instagram, Mark decided to reply to some of those comments from netizens.

Mark replied “#MarKris” to a netizen who was hoping for him and Kris to reconcile in the future.

To a person who commented that love knows no boundaries, Mark expressed his agreement by sharing a quote about being full of hope while in love.

He also described his LDR with Kris as a “Lifelong Dream Relationship.”

As for a netizen who said that Mark should just maintain his friendship with Kris, the Batangas Vice Governor responded that friendship is another word for love.

Kris revealed that she broke up with Mark due to the difficulty of maintaining a long-distance relationship and also due to her worsening health condition.

According to Kris, who is in the US due to her health woes, she wants Mark to focus his attention on fulfilling his duties as a politician.

As for her health, Kris admitted that her symptoms have gotten worse due to Churg Strauss, Crest Syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

Despite their breakup, Kris is grateful that Mark was a boyfriend who gave her more love and encouragement than her former partners. She also praised him for also being a reliable and trustworthy friend and confidante.

However, in a more recent post, Kris said that Mark did not seem to be ready to be in a serious relationship with her.

Kris Aquino, is a Pinay actress, TV host, producer, endorser, and businesswoman. She was born on February 14, 1971, to former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" S. Aquino, Jr. and former President Corazon “Cory” C. Aquino.

Kris‘s former romantic partners include action star Philip Salvador, comedian Joey Marquez, and basketball superstar James Yap. She and Philip have a son named Josh. Kris and James have a son named Bimby.

In a previous report, Kris shared a heartwarming video on social media. The video shows her and her sons, Josh and Bimby, exploring Disneyland.
