Amy Perez, nag-react sa labanan ng noontime shows ngayon: “It's healthy”

- At the beginning of the interview, Tito Boy asked Amy her thoughts on the competition between local noontime shows

- The “It’s Showtime” host then said she is pleased because the competition is healthy

- She also expressed delight that people in front of and behind the camera have jobs

Amy Perez was interviewed by Boy Abunda on Monday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.”

Among the topics they talked about was the competition between noontime shows in the country.

“Competition is stiff. Nandiyan ang Eat Bulaga, nandiyan ang TVJ, ang E.A.T., nandiyan ang Showtime. Ikaw, you've been in this business... nag-Eat Bulaga ka rin,” Tito Boy told Amy.

To which Tiyang Amy replied, “Oo, nag-guest din ako dati sa kanila for a time. I think noong nasa ABS din sila noon.”

The Asia’s King of Talk later asked the actress her thoughts on the competition between the three programs.

“Very happy because it's healthy. 'Yung industriya natin sa telebisyon is back,” said Amy.

The “It’s Showtime” host also expressed delight that people working for the noontime shows have jobs.

“Lahat may trabaho, mapaharap ng camera, likod ng camera, utility, lahat may trabaho and it's good for everybody.”

Amy delivered her story calmly and clearly – finishing the spiel before finally evacuating. Jeff Canoy shared that no one was hurt during the incident and all of them headed back to the building to work again.

Karylle took to Instagram and shared a throwback photo with Amy. She then revealed that Tiyang Amy is really her aunt, and not just on the show. As proof, she shared two photos where a younger Amy Perez was holding toddler Karylle.
