Neri Naig-Miranda’s classy reply to the complaint of a supposed customer of her restaurant as regards to the alleged deplorable state of the place was praised by many netizens.
Earlier, the actress made a post congratulating herself for finally finishing her term paper for this school semester.
In the comments section of that particular post, a netizen took the opportunity to comment Neri’s passion, but at the same time, complained to the actress about the alleged poor state of the actress’ resto in Tagaytay.
“I commend your passion for business. However, huge disappointment with management of your restaurants ie Jaytee’s Bulalohan,” the netizen-customer wrote in the comments section.

“I went to one of them in Tagaytay; not exactly sure which location in Tagaytay. Overall place is filthy, tables and chairs are sticky and madungis,” the netizen-customer further wrote.
She also revealed in her comment that the women’s toilet cubicles aren’t working, saying that paid public toilets are better.
The netizen-customer then said that if there’s a rating that’s less than one star, that’s what she would give Neri’s alleged Tagaytay restaurant.
“Toilet cubicles for women are not working and its disgustingly wet all over. I feel like paid public toilets are cleaner. If there’s leas than 1 star, I’d give it to your Jaytee’s Restaurant,” the netizen-customer wrote.
Neri promptly replied to the netizen-customer, promising her that she would “tell the owners,” indicating that the resto that’s the subject of the complaint is not owned or managed by the actress.
The actress then proceeded to correct that notion of the customer that the Tagaytay resto is her, making it clear that it is not.
“Hi Ma'am! I will tell the owners po. Our branch po is in Laurel po, near Twinlakes po. Not in Tagaytay po ❤️,” Neri wrote in her reply.
The netizen-customer then thanked Neri for her prompt reply, saying that she should have gone to the actress’ resto, but at the same time appeared to have claimed that the wife of Chito Miranda owned the brand.

“@mrsnerimiranda I should have went there instead. I’m happy for your successes. But be mindful though, they’re carrying your brand and could end up hurting you in the future. Thanks for your prompt reply,” the netizen-customer wrote.
It can be recalled that while Neri does manage a branch in Laurel, she is a mere franchisee and not the owner of the brand.
Neri Naig-Miranda is a Filipina actress and is now an entrepreneur. She is the wife of Parokya ni Edgar frontman, Chito Miranda.
