Alden Richards, in his interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” bravely admitted that he did become arrogant when was starting to become famous.
During the interview, Tito Boy asked him if his fame got into his head, which made him arrogant.

“Let’s talk about fame, hindi ka ba yumabang?” the King of Talk asked during his show, “Fast Talk.”
The actor did not mince words when he answered the question of Tito Boy, admitting that he indeed become arrogant at some point in his career.

“I would be a hypocrite Tito Boy if I’ve said no,” Alden said.
“At one point of course, lahat po tayo nae-experience ‘yan. Siguro po during the first part of my career,” the actor added.
The TV host then asked how the actor handled the situation, specifically how he was able to handle the situation.
“Paano mo tinapik ang sarili mo na, ‘Hey! This is not permanent’, ” Tito Boy asked.
Alden said that he realized something was wrong with his attitude when it was already affecting people close to him.
“‘Nung na-realize ko po ‘yun Tito Boy, pati ‘yung malalapit sakin ay naaapektuhan na,” he said.
“Parang these people, sila dapat ‘yung huling magrereklamo sayo. And then parang it hit me na baka nga ganun nga,” Alden explained, indicating that he changed his arrogant attitude to win back these people.
Richard Reyes Faulkerson, Jr., more popularly by his screen name, Alden Richards, is a Pinoy actor, producer, and entrepreneur. He is also known as “Asia’s Multimedia Star” after receiving the Asian Star Prize awards during the 14th Seoul International Drama Awards of 2019 for acting. He rose to fame as the partner of Maine Mendoza in their tandem, AlDub, on “Eat Bulaga.”
Recently, the actor appealed to the public not to bash Sharon Cuneta after the latter teased him and Maine in an episode of "E.A.T." Alden said that Sharon might just have been excited considering that she was an AlDub fan before. He also noted that the Megastar may not have had any wrong intentions. He also mentioned that he was offered to make an appearance in TAPE’s “Eat Bulaga” and “It’s Showtime.” He made the revelation during a media conference for “Battle of the Judges,” GMA’s new reality show that is set to premiere on July 15. In the mediacon, Alden vowed his loyalty to Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, and the Dabarkads. The actor also expressed sadness that the iconic trio and their co-hosts had to transfer to a different network.
