Aiko Melendez is one proud momma after showcasing her daughter Marthena Jickain's new achievement on her social media page.

Just recently, KAMI learned that Aiko took to Instagram and showcased a video clip from her daughter's graduation.

Based on Aiko's viral post, Marthena, her daughter with Martin Jickain, has graduated from an Oxford Summer Course, completing a course in Law.

On her Instagram page, Aiko admitted she became a "teary-eyed mama" after seeing her daughter graduate.

"Congratulations on graduating! You are an achiever.... You make me so proud of being your mother! We are all rooting for you, my dear Mimi. Aiko Melendez is a well-known showbiz personality. She received the Best Supporting Actress award in 2018 for her role in "Rainbow's Sunset." Aiko ran for and won a seat on the Quezon City Council in 2001. She served for nine years until 2010.
