Cristine Reyes revealed on social media that her adoptive father, Metring, got hospitalized. The actress shared photos and clips of her visit to her dad at the World Citi Medical Center.
According to Cristine, she was extremely worried after hearing that her father got admitted to the hospital. She even cried hard because of it, leading to some eye swelling that the makeup artists for her project had a difficult time hiding.
She also expressed her love and appreciation for her dad, thanking him for raising her well. The actress also apologized to him for being super busy as a celebrity and as a mommy. Cristine did not specify why her father got hospitalized.

Cristine Reyes is a popular actress in the Philippines. Her sister is veteran actress Ara Mina. She became known when she became a contestant of GMA-7’s reality TV program, StarStruck. On January 27, 2016, Cristine got married to Ali Khatibi in a private ceremony and they have a daughter named Amarah. However, Cristine and Ali’s separation was confirmed in 2019. She is now dating actor Marco Gumabao.
