“I want to apologize to kay Awra. I'm really sorry, masyado akong nagsalita nang hindi ko pa alam 'yung buong story. I'm really really sorry.”
Valentine said he decided to delete the comment and vowed, “hindi na ako sasawsaw.”
“Dinelete ko 'yung comment ko and hindi na ako sasawsaw. Ayoko na, sabi ko magbabagong buhay na ako. So, that's really a big fault na ginawa ko.”
He went on and expressed, “I hope you find the best lawyers to help you na makaalis sa kulungan. Nalaman ko 'yung reason behind that riot or kaguluhan. It's because pinagtatanggol mo 'yung kaibigan mo, which is something that a true friend really does.”
“I'm really sorry sa comment na nagawa ko. Hindi ako nag-iisip sa ginawa ko. I'm really sorry and hopefully may justice and makalaya ka na,” Valentine added.
In the caption, Valentine also expressed, “Awra Briguela I’m sorry for my insensitive comment I deleted it na, I should’ve not made any comments dahil wala naman akong alam sa nangyari super sorry talaga! You’re really a true friend and I hope everything turns out fine.”

Awra Briguela, or McNeal Briguela, is a young Filipino comedian and actor. His popularity started when he became part of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano when he was personally chosen for the role by the show's lead actor Coco Martin. He was also the first champion for season one of the Philippine version of Your Face Sounds Familiar: Kids. In 2016, Awra's life was featured in a titular episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya.
Riva Quenery expressed her sentiments about Awra's current situation. Awra was arrested in Makati after a brawl where he allegedly defended his friends. Likewise, Riva questioned why Awra was the only one arrested and why the others involved in the fight were not held accountable. The celebrity mom also called for a thorough investigation.
Last March, Awra gorgeously posed for his latest birthday photoshoot. The actor, who just turned 19 years old, had the pictorial with freelance photographer Eena Acuna. The birthday celebrant took to social media to share some stunning photos captured during the shoot. Many netizens then could not help but praise the former child star’s lovely pictures.
