Ricci Rivero, in a recent interview with Tito Boy Abunda on the latter’s TV and online show, “Fast Talk,” talked about an alleged instance where someone approached his parents in a mall to tell them that their son is a cheater.
The basketball star, however, did not give any hint, or indication, as to whether his parents knew the person who came up to them in the said mall.
“I go to that story nasa mall ang iyong parents, may lumapit at sinabing “ang anak ninyo ay cheater,” Tito Boy said.
“How did you react? How did your parents react?” the talk show host asked.

Kasi may pina-practice kami na you pause yung first impulse kasi mahirap siyang pigilan eh, diba, lalo yung mga first emotions,” the basketball star continued.
He said that while his parents weren’t able to tell him in detail about what happened, Ricci said he would like to believe that they just looked at the person and perhaps walked away.

“So ako, hindi na nila nakuwento buo sa akin pero yung nai-imagine ko yung practice namin na hindi sila magagalit, titingin sila siguro, tapos tatalikod,” Ricci said.
The basketball star did say that his parents might have been hurt by what happened.
