On Tuesday, June 27, KAMI learned that the celebrity mom shared some never-before-seen photos she took with Elias when he was still young.

Included in her Instagram gallery was a Polaroid photo of when she gave birth to her baby boy with John Lloyd Cruz.

The celebrity mom went on to thank her son for giving her life "purpose and meaning" and for teaching her a lot of values in life.

According to Ellen, Elias taught her patience, empathy, and, most of all, unconditional love for her son.

"5 years today my baby boy. Thank you for giving my life purpose and meaning. For teaching me patience, empathy, and unconditional love. See you in a bit! Mama loves you forever and ever and ever," she wrote.
