Carla Abellana, in an Instagram post, informed everyone that she’s further lowered the asking price of her own condo that she’s been trying to sell for over a year now.

According to the actress, she’s selling her property at a bargain price, which is way below the market value.

“Lowered the price even more! Waaaaay below market value now ️,” Carla wrote in her post recently.

Carla’s condo comes fully furnished and the asking price for the property also included the parking lot, which as the actress said, is already worth more than a million pesos.

It can be recalled that last year, the actress had already slashed off some 2 million pesos from her original asking price.

The actress did not state explicitly the reason why she’s selling the condo, though she had hinted in the past about moving on.

It can be recalled that Carla had gone through some difficult times, which ultimately ended her couple-month-old marriage with ex-husband Tom Rodriguez.
