Dennis Padilla, in a recent post on social media, expressed his gratitude to some of his children for greeting him on Father’s Day.

It can be recalled that the world celebrated the day of fathers last June 18, a Sunday.

In the same social media post where he greeted Diane and Luis, his kids with ex-partner Monina Gatus, he also expressed how much he loved them.

“Dearest Diane n Luis... Mahal ko kayo mga anak... Salamat sa Father's day greetings,” Dennis wrote in his post.

He then asked Providence to bless his kids, which he tagged in the said socmed post.

“God bless you more @dianegbalmes @luweezyyyy,” the actor and comedian wrote.

Recently, netizens expressed hopes of a possible reconciliation between Dennis and his other family, Marjorie Barretto, and her kids Julia, Claudia, and Leon.

Their raising of hopes was prompted by the attendance of Dennis in an event of Claudine Barretto, the younger sister of Marjorie, in the dedication of her kids.

In a video subsequently posted by Clau, the actor and comedian was seen hugging his former sister-in-law, and talking to her intently while waiting for the ceremony to start.

The actress earned the praises of netizens on seeing their reunion, with some hoping that it would be the start of a genuine reconciliation between Dennis and Marjorie, as well as their kids.
