"Eat Bulaga" is the longest-running noontime variety program on Philippine television. The show premiered on July 30, 1979. Its pioneer hosts include showbiz icons Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, and Tito Sotto. "Eat Bulaga" went back live on air with its new lineup of hosts.

In a previous report by KAMI, Joey de Leon was interviewed by Julius Babao and Cheryl Cosim on 'Frontline Pilipinas.' The famous TV host expressed his excitement and happiness that he, alongside Tito Sotto and Vic Sotto, found their new home, which is TV5. During the interview, Joey couldn't help but get emotional and shared that he was moved by the support they have been getting. In addition, many netizens were emotionally affected upon seeing Joey cry.
