It can be recalled that the noontime show aired its final episode on April 9 of this year, which as rumors have it, because of its non-renewal of its contract with TV5.

In her post, Manay Lolit said many are waiting where Lunch Out Loud will go, adding that the show has its own captive audience.

“Parang wait lahat saan punta ang Lunch Out Loud Salve. Kasi nga meron narinnaging captive audience ang LOL kaya hindi mo rin maiwasan itanong kung saan ito dadalhin ng BrightLight,” Manay Lolit said.

She then wondered if TV network NET25 would like to take in the show to support their news program.

“Pag itanong mo bakit nga hindi kunin ito ng NET25 para magkaruon sila ng show na magsu support sa kanilang news program," the veteran showbiz columnist said.

"Magandang supporting show ang isang musical, then after manuod ka ng news," she added.

Manay Lolit then expressed her wish that NET25 would give Lunch Out Loud with a time slot.

"Sana nga bigyan ng oras ng NET25 ang Loud Out Loud para muling mapanuod sila Billy Crawford sa isang musical na bagay na bagay sa kanya," she wrote in her post.

The columnist then pointed out that Billy Crawford, one of the hosts of Lunch Out Loud, is an effective host.

She said NET25 could also put his talents to good use.

"Napakahusay na host ni Billy Crawford, sayang naman kundi bibigyan ng programa na bagay sa kanya," she said.
"At dapat lang maging competitive na ang NET25 na talagang ang babait ng management kaya dapat lang maging bongga,di ba Salve at Gorgy,” Manay Lolit concluded.

Lunch Out Loud was a Philippine variety show that used to air on TV5. It was hosted by Alex Gonzaga, Billy Crawford, and Bayani Agbayani, among others. The show was one of the numerous programs produced by Brightlight Productions, the production outfit of Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez as a blocktimer of TV5 and was co-produced by veteran television director and former Star Magic head Johnny Manahan.

In a previous post on IG, Manay Lolit said that “Lunch Out Loud” is allegedly not performing well when it comes to views. The veteran columnist expressed disappointment about it because she likes the energy and the segments of the show. The showbiz writer also compared LOL to “It’s Showtime,” claiming that the latter has worse scripts and its gimmicks are supposedly tiresome.

Another showbiz reporter, Ogie Diaz, also previously talked about "Lunch Out Loud" in his 'Showbiz Update' online show. At the time, Ogie said that he has a source that claimed LOL will go off the air, with their last day of taping set to be on March 29, allegedly. The show did go off the air after airing their last episode on April 29.
