- Pauleen Luna has expressed her excitement on social media on the re-airing of TVJ and what she called “legit Dabarkads”

- Just today, June 7, the MediaQuest group released a statement that they have entered into an agreement with TVJ and the “Dabarkads” to provide content for TV5 and other platforms of the organization

- MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. is owned by the PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund and is headed by business tycoon Manuel V. Pangilinan

- It can be recalled that TVJ, in a dramatic move, announced their separation from TAPE Inc, the producer of “Eat Bulaga,” of which they are the main hosts, on May 31 of this year

Just today, June 7, MediaQuest group released a statement they have entered into an agreement with TVJ and the “Dabarkads” to provide content for TV5 and other platforms owned by the organization.

MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. is owned by PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund, which in turn is headed by business magnate, Manuel V. Pangilinan, often referred to as MVP.

It can be recalled that on May 31, TVJ, in a dramatic move, announced they are disassociating themselves from TAPE, Inc., the producer of the popular noontime show “Eat Bulaga.”

The majority stocks of TAPE is owned by the Jalosjos family.

After TVJ’s announcement, the co-hosts and staff of “Eat Bulaga” resigned en masse in a show of solidarity with the show’s main hosts.

There have been speculations that they will transfer to TV5, but such talks were only confirmed today with the announcement of MediaQuest.

"Eat Bulaga" is the longest-running noontime variety program on Philippine television. The show premiered on July 30, 1979. Its pioneer hosts include showbiz icons Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, and Tito Sotto. "Eat Bulaga" went back live on air with its new lineup of hosts.

In a separate post, Maja Salvador also took to social media and reacted to Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon's new home. The iconic trio, also known as TVJ, and their co-hosts on 'Eat Bulaga' will transfer to TV5. In her heartwarming post, Maja penned a short message to "mga Kapatid." The actress likewise dubbed the said hosts as "mga legit Dabarkads."

Recently, it was announced that Tito, Vic, and Joey (TVJ) has found their new home on TV5. Philstar reported that TVJ and the Dabarkads already signed a deal with Mediaquest Group. President and CEO Jane Basas of Mediaquest expressed happiness with the transfer of the trio. On the other hand, Tito Sotto likewise shared the same enthusiasm and promised, "Tuloy pa rin ang tuwa't saya na aming dala."
