Sparkle, nag-share ng "cute snaps" ng bagong 'Eat Bulaga' hosts sa APT Studios

Sparkle GMA Artist Center recently shared some “cute snaps” showing the new hosts of “Eat Bulaga.”

The snaps were taken at the APT Studios in Cainta, Rizal, the home of the longest-running noontime show since December 2018.

The said talent agency posted the photos on their social media pages.

The photos show its talents—Paolo Contis, Betong Sumaya, Buboy Villar, Cassy and Mavy Legaspi—who are among the noontime program’s new lineup of hosts.

Kokoy De Santos and Kapuso girl group XOXO consisting of Dani Ozaraga, Mel Caluag, and Lyra Micolob were also seen in the pictures. The said artists appeared as guest performers during the show’s live episode on Monday.

Eat Bulaga is the longest-running noontime variety program on Philippine television. The show premiered on July 30, 1979. Its pioneer hosts include showbiz icons Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon—collectively known as TVJ. The show made headlines after TVJ and their co-hosts parted ways with Television and Production Exponents, Inc. (TAPE Inc.).

"Eat Bulaga" went back live on air with its new lineup of hosts. In its episode on Monday, Paolo Contis, Betong Sumaya, Buboy Villar, Cassy Legaspi, Mavy Legaspi and Alexa Miro were unveiled as the hosts. Meanwhile, multiple trending topics related to the show also landed spots on Twitter.

Dapitan City Mayor Seth Frederick "Bullet" Jalosjos, the finance director of Television and Production Exponents, Inc. (TAPE Inc.), also shared a series of posts about "Eat Bulaga." His posts on Instagram Stories showed behind-the-scenes videos of the program's live episode on Monday. It also showed parts from the said hosts' opening number along with local girl group XOXO.
