On January 25, 1993, she was born to Pinoy actor Robin Padilla and actress Liezl Sicangco in Batangas. The actress is married to actor Aljur Abrenica, and they have two sons — Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo. In July 2021, the actress confirmed that she and Aljur are no longer together.
