It can be recalled that the actress gave birth last January 26 of this year to a healthy and beautiful daughter, whom they named Deia Amihan.
In her post, Iza was seen carrying her adorable baby daughter with her husband beside her.
“Celebrating 4 months of her royal cuteness ruling over our lives! ” Iza wrote as caption in her post.

She also revealed why she felt very lucky to have baby Deia Amihan.
“Special thanks to our angels at home for taking such good care of us. We are so lucky to have you in our lives ,” the actress further wrote in her post.
