Direk Lauren, ipinakitang sinimulan nang i-demolish kalahati ng PBB House: "It's an end of an era"

- Direk Lauren took to Instagram and shared that the demolition of half of the PBB house has started

- Some parts have already been torn down, and Direk showed which areas were they

- According to Direk, the lease for half of the house has already ended and it would be impractical to renew it

- He also recalled how the PBB House was built 17 years ago, at the start of the Pinoy Dream Academy

Direk Lauren Dyogi took to IG and shared that the half of the iconic PBB House will be demolished and that they have already started with it.

"This afternoon, May 13,2023 I was able to visit the Pinoy Big Brother House because @raymdizon informed me that we will start the demolition of one half of the PBB House which we built at the start of Pinoy Dream Academy about 17 years ago, in 2006," Direk Lauren narrated.

He showed what became of the rooms, which they have utilized after two season of Pinoy Dream Academy.

The director noted that those parts of the house had lots of good memories and even scary ones.

He explained though that they needed to give it up since their lease has already expired and that it would be impractical to renew it.

"We needed to give up this part of the PBBhouse as our lease has expired this year and it is impractical to renew it," he explained.

He noted though that they still have the main PBB house and control room, which they hoped they would still be able to use for the next PBB edition.

Director Lauren Dyogi is the Production Director of ABS-CBN Entertainment and Head Director of Pinoy Big Brother since it aired on television in August of 2005.

Direk Lauren gave his opinion on the issues that Liza Soberano is facing. According to the ABS-CBN director, Liza might be going through a phase called "quarter life questioning." Direk Lauren also stated that Liza is very lucky because she was presented with opportunities, which is not presented to many who also aspire to improve their lives. He clarified though that they allowed her to explore and aspire for something better for herself because her accomplishment would also be an accomplishment for those who helped her from the start.

He also said that he felt honored that he will be riding with Zaijian Jaranilla in the car that the latter worked hard for. He said that just last year, he was teasing the actor who was still planning to get his own vehicle back then. The director then said that Zaijian promised that he will let him ride his new vehicle. Direk Lauren also noted that Zaijian is one of the actors who is destined to become a very important one in the current generation.
