Sarah Geronimo did not forget her parents, Tatay Delfin and Mommy Divine, during her 20th-anniversary concert.

The Popstar Royalty recalled how her father taught her to be strong and hardworking.

She reminisced how they would wake up at 9 a.m., and she would be asked to stand on the table to perform, which is why she felt that the table was her stage.

"Gustung-gusto ko pong bumabangon ng umaga para po mag-ensayo," Sarah revealed.

Her father was also the one who taught her how to be strong and steadfast in the face of adversities.

"Siya po ang nagturo sa akin na maging malakas, matatag, lalung-lalo na po sa pagharap sa laban ng buhay," narrated Sarah.

She then reiterated how much she loves her father and her mother.

"Tatay Delfin, mahal na mahal na mahal na mahal na mahal kita. Para sa yo Tay. I love you, Daddy," sarah said onstage.

Sarah Geronimo is one of the top Filipino singers of her generation. She rose to popularity when she emerged as the winner of the television singing competition “Star for a Night”. She is also an endorser and an actress who has made several blockbuster hit films together with premier actors and actresses. She is now married to Matteo Guidicelli. Matteo and Sarah tied the knot on February 20, 2020 in a simple wedding ceremony at Victory Church in Taguig.
