Herlene Nicole Budol, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian, and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin” and later became a host. Herlene was first runner-up and won several minor awards at the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant.

Previously, Herlene took to Instagram to greet Willie Revillame on his birthday. The latter celebrated his birthday last January 27, 2023.
