Chito Miranda, nag-“MMK moment” noong iiwan sana siya ni Neri Miranda: “Lumuhod, umiyak”

Neri Naig-Miranda, in an interview over the morning show "Magandang Buhay", revealed that Chito Miranda once had his “MMK moment” when she was about to leave him.

Chito and Neri were the featured guests in the said morning show, which aired last May 1.

According to the actress and entrepreneur, this happened at a time when Chito was still enjoying his life as a rock star, being immensely popular as the frontman of the band, Parokya Ni Edgar.

She said that when Chito learned she’s bent on leaving him, he immediately tried to stop her from doing so.

“Noong malaman niyang paalis na ako, ay talagang MMK moment yun,” Neri revealed.

“With matching pagmamadali, tas tumatakbo, tas lumuhod sa harapan ko. Umiiyak siya tapos sabi niya 'nag vow ako kay Lord na hindi na ako magloloko, magiging matino na ako' mga ganun,” she said.

The actress went on to say that Chito indeed changed for the better and so she didn’t leave him.

“Nagbago naman talaga siya,” the actress said.

“Di mo ako pinilit magbago,” Chito quipped.

“Di kita pinilit,” Neri agreed.

The two have been married for almost ten years and now have three kids.

Chito Miranda is a famous music artist known as the frontman of the iconic OPM band Parokya Ni Edgar. He married actress Neri Naig on December 13, 2014, and they have an adorable son named Miggy. In October 2021, Neri gave birth to their second child Manuel Alfonso Miranda, whose nickname is Cash.

Recently, Chito took to IG and jokingly shared a "plastikan" version of the events that transpired at a gig. The Parokya ni Edgar frontman said that the "Call Me Crazy" band were bullies. He also mentioned that they were just laughing at them while they were playing. He then joked about how Jomal and Jay of the band jammed with them in their last song.

He also took to social media to say sorry to those who asked to have their photo taken with him, but was unable to do so. The Parokya Ni Edgar frontman said that he and Neri were in a frantic rush because they have too many things to process. Added to that, their youngest child Cash, is sound asleep, and they also have to look after their other kids, Miggy and Ate Pia. Chito recently flew to the United States with Neri and the rest of their family.
