Kim Chiu reposted a post made by @carlmerced on IG wherein they showed her priceless reaction at the surprise birthday.

The actress could be seen very happy, as she held her bouquet.

They also prepared cakes for her, with various flavors.

In the caption that @carlmerced included, one could see how they truly appreciated the effort of Kim in taking care of her sister, and recognized how Kim would fight every challenge.
