Kylie Padilla shared on her social media account about her struggles as a single mother to Alas and Axl — her sons with her former husband, Aljur Abrenica.

The actress admitted that she finds single motherhood to be extremely difficult. According to Kylie, as a single mom, she has to be away from her kids for a long time to shoot films and shows as an actor.

The actress said that she already misses being a mommy to her sons since she has been doing the duties of a father for quite some time now. She also promised her children that there will come a time when she can finally spend the whole day with them.

“Single motherhood is so hard! I don’t want to mince words anymore. I miss my kiddos. I’m trying to find so many way to explain to them why mama is always away and always tired.

“I wish I could just hold them forever and make them understand how much they ground me and how much they guide me and how much of what I do is for their future. Konting tiis nalang and you’ll have me the whole day promise. I think I’m ready to mom again, I’ve been dad for quite sometime now huhuhu,” Kylie posted.

Kylie Nicole Padilla is a Kapuso actress and model. On January 25, 1993, she was born to Pinoy actor Robin Padilla and actress Liezl Sicangco in Batangas. The actress is married to actor Aljur Abrenica, and they have two sons — Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo. In July 2021, the actress confirmed that she and Aljur are no longer together.

In another report, Aljur Abrenica was interviewed by Toni Gonzaga in "Toni Talks" and answered questions about his family. He revealed that at the time that he was criticized by many about his marriage, he was thinking of the most important thing to do. The actor then said that he was thinking about how he could be a good father to his children. Aljur also said that his life really changed when he already had children.
