Boobay was a guest of Tito Boy in "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" and was asked what his message would be for the saints in heaven, and Boobay did not hesitate to make an appeal to St. Peter.

He said that he would appeal to St. Peter that if there were a chance, his mom would return to him.

The comedian also explained that he entered showbiz because of his promise to his mom.

"Kaya ako nag-artista, kasi yun ang pangako ko sa kanya na sana, kapag naging artista ako, isa ka sa talagang gusto ko na nandito at makikita mo yung pagpapatawa ko at pagpapasaya sa mga tao."

He then addressed St. Peter again.

"St. Peter, nandiyan ka ba? Wala?"

Boobay then said that if his request is not possible, then he would be the one to go to heaven instead.

"So, kung hindi puwede, di ako na lang ang pupunta diyan soon. Ready na ako anytime…"

Boobay is a comedian, who is a partner of Tekla in the Boobay and Tekla show.
